ESTAGE Review: Is the Hub-Centric Platform Finally Ready for Prime Time?

Estage Review 2025

Section 1: The Truth About “All-in-One” Platforms

Let me start with a confession:

I’ve tried almost every “all-in-one” platform out there. ClickFunnels. Kajabi. Kartra. Systeme. Groove. GoHighLevel.

Each one promised simplicity — “everything you need in one place.”

Each one left me juggling tabs, subscriptions, and tech tutorials late into the night.

If you’ve ever tried to build an online business, you probably know the feeling: you just want to focus on serving your audience and growing your income… but instead, you’re buried under logins, integrations, and monthly bills that multiply faster than your leads.

They aren’t bad tools — they each do something well — but when you stack them together, you end up running a digital Franken-stack:

powerful on paper, exhausting in practice.

I’ve spent thousands testing combinations trying to make it all “flow.” Website on WordPress. Funnels on ClickFunnels. Courses on Kajabi.

Community on Skool. Email through ActiveCampaign. Then an update breaks an integration, and you spend your morning fixing tech instead of building your business.

At some point I realized — this isn’t a strategy problem. It’s an infrastructure problem.

That’s when I started looking at ESTAGE.

Not because I wanted yet another shiny platform, but because I was desperate for something that actually replaced the stack itself — not just added another app to it.

I had been following Vick Strizheus for years as a student of marketing — studying not just his strategies, but his obsession with systems.

Vick has talked about this vision for a long time — a true “hub-centric” business platform that eliminates the need for duct-taping tools together. And this isn’t something that was thrown together over a few weeks or months.

He’s been developing and refining ESTAGE for years — building it literally from the ground up, pixel by pixel, with the intention of creating what he called his “dream platform.”

When I first saw what he was working on, it immediately caught my attention.

Even though it was still a work in progress, I could see where it was headed — and I knew that, given time, it would eventually become a masterpiece.

So while ESTAGE was being built and tested, I kept doing what most of us do: I tried other platforms. I paid for multiple subscriptions. I connected and reconnected tools trying to make them all talk to each other.

And every time something broke, I found myself thinking, “There has to be a better way.”

...Fast forward to 2025 — I finally got access to ESTAGE and started using it in my business.

In this review, I want to share my honest experience — what I discovered after years of trying almost everything else, how ESTAGE compares to the platforms I’ve used, and my final verdict on whether it really delivers on that long-awaited vision.

Section 2: The Hidden Cost of the Duct-Tape Business

Here’s what I’ve learned after years of running an online business:

It’s not the content, or the offer, or even the traffic that burns most people out — it’s the infrastructure.

Everyone tells you to “build your online ecosystem.”

But no one tells you what that actually looks like in real life. You start with one tool. Then another. Then another.

Before you know it, your business looks like a digital spiderweb — held together with integrations, API keys, and crossed fingers.

Every piece does something important:

  • your funnel builder captures leads,

  • your email platform nurtures them,

  • your course site delivers content,

  • your community app keeps people engaged,

  • your live stream software runs events,

  • and your website ties it all together… sort of.

But the moment one link in that chain breaks — an update, a broken API, a misfired automation — your business stops.

I’ve had days where I’ve spent hours fixing tech instead of serving clients.

I’ve missed deadlines because tools didn’t sync.

And I’ve paid invoices for platforms I wasn’t even using anymore, just afraid to disconnect them because it might break something else.

Let’s talk about what this chaos really costs:

💸 Financially

The average entrepreneur spends $300–$800 per month on separate subscriptions: funnel builder, email service, course host, community platform, live stream tool, video hosting, CRM, and website hosting. That’s thousands of dollars a year just to run your business before you make a single sale.

🧠 Mentally

Each tool comes with its own learning curve.

Its own dashboard.

Its own set of “must-watch” tutorial videos.

It’s no wonder so many creators spend more time learning software than learning sales or strategy.

⏰ Time

You lose hours every week switching between platforms, logging in and out, fixing integrations, copying links, and re-uploading assets.

That’s time you could have spent creating content, connecting with your audience, or making offers.

🧩 Complexity Creep

Eventually the setup gets so messy that you have to hire someone just to keep it running. Now you’re paying even more to maintain the complexity that was supposed to make life easier. And when you zoom out, it’s hard not to ask:

“Why does building freedom require so much friction?”

No one started their business to spend their life in tech tutorials or subscription dashboards.

We all want the same thing — simplicity that scales.

A system that just works.

A setup that gives back time, energy, and clarity instead of draining it.

Something so seamless that you can finally focus on what actually matters: creating, connecting, and growing your business.

That’s what caught my attention about ESTAGE.

It wasn’t promising “another marketing app.”

It was promising a simplified infrastructure — one hub, one login, one ecosystem that runs your entire business.

Section 3: The Simplicity Shift — How the Hub-Centric Model Works

The entrepreneurs who scale fastest aren’t adding tools; they’re subtracting friction.

That’s the essence of the Hub-Centric Model.

In the traditional setup, your business is scattered across rented platforms.

In the hub-centric model, everything lives under one roof — on your domain, under your brand, powered by one system.

Your hub becomes your digital headquarters:

🌐 Website & blog

💬 Community

🎥 Native live streaming

📚 Courses & memberships

🧭 Funnels & CRM

🤝 Your own affiliate center to build and manage partners under your brand

🎞️ Unlimited video hosting for your content and courses

📧 Native email manager (coming soon)

📱 Your own branded mobile app

When you post or go live, members get push notifications directly from you. No algorithms. No noise. Your brand becomes its own ecosystem — your private island in the digital ocean.

Why It Matters Focus returns. One login. One workspace. Time & money saved. Fewer subscriptions, fewer headaches. You own the asset. Your domain, your data, your app. Simplicity isn’t a downgrade — it’s a power move.

Why It Matters

Focus returns - One login. One workspace.

Time & money saved. Fewer subscriptions, fewer headaches.

You own the asset. Your domain, your data, your app.

Simplicity isn’t a downgrade — it’s a power move.

What the Hub-Centric Model Means

In the traditional model, your business is scattered across platforms.

You rent space everywhere — community on one app, courses on another, funnels on a third, website somewhere else.

In the hub-centric model, everything lives under one roof — on your domain, under your brand, powered by a single system that connects it all.

Your hub becomes the home base for your brand. Every piece of your business — website, funnels, content, courses, community, events — flows naturally inside that ecosystem.

Your customers no longer have to jump between platforms. They log in once. They see your world, your content, your offers — everything — in one seamless experience.

It’s the difference between trying to manage a dozen rented apartments versus owning a well-designed home where every room serves a purpose.

Built for Entrepreneurs, by an Entrepreneur

Vick didn’t build ESTAGE for the market first — he built it for himself.

As a top affiliate and educator, he lived through the same duct-tape nightmare as the rest of us.

Every launch meant connecting five systems, checking for breakpoints, and praying nothing crashed mid-campaign.

So he set out to create the platform he always wished existed — something that handled:

  • his funnels and pages

  • his community and memberships,

  • his live trainings,

  • his courses and replays,

  • his blog and brand site,

  • and all of it hosted on his own domain.

He wanted it to look beautiful, perform flawlessly, and remove every unnecessary step between idea and execution.

And that’s exactly what ESTAGE has evolved into today — a refined, fully-integrated hub that feels less like juggling apps and more like operating your business from a cockpit.

The App That Brings It All Together

Here’s something that genuinely surprised me once I started using it: ESTAGE comes with a native mobile app — branded to your hub.

That means when you create your community, your members can download your app. Your name. Your icon. Your space.

When you go live or make an announcement, they get a push notification directly on their phone.

No algorithms. No buried posts. No competition for attention.

Imagine this:

You go live in your community.

Within seconds, every member gets a notification — not from Facebook or YouTube — but from you.

They tap.

They join.

They engage.

That’s not just marketing — that’s relationship infrastructure.

It’s like having your own private island in the digital ocean — a place where your tribe gathers, interacts, and grows together under your brand.

No distractions. No ads. No noise.

Just you and your people, connected through your hub.

Why This Simplicity Matters

When your tools are unified, three powerful things happen:

  1. You focus again - No more context-switching between apps. Everything you need is one click away.

  2. You save time and money - Replacing multiple subscriptions can save hundreds each month, but more importantly — it gives you back your hours and energy.

  3. You build faster - because you have simplicity again.

  4. You build something that lasts - Because your hub lives on your domain and your app, you’re not building someone else’s platform — you’re building an asset that grows in value the longer you use it.

That’s the brilliance of the hub-centric model.

It simplifies the chaos, restores focus, and gives entrepreneurs back what they’ve been missing: control.

Section 4: My Experience Inside ESTAGE

When I finally stepped into ESTAGE, something shifted.

It didn’t feel like another tool to learn — it felt like a breath of fresh air.

After years of piecing things together, logging in here was like walking into a spotless new office where everything was already in its place.

The dashboard greets you with calm.

No noise.

No pop-ups.

No confusion.

Just your brand, your data, your people — all flowing together.

OVERALL RATING:

4.8 OUT OF 5

Setup: Surprisingly Smooth

With the very professional hub templates, there are 7 to choose from, I was able to get setup in 1 day. The instructions were clear and step by step, which I loved. Many platforms leave you with more questions than answers when trying to get setup. Not the case with ESTAGE.

This blew me away because something like this would realistically took months just to get something like this all working.

Not only that, but it looked like something that would have cost 10's of thousands of dollars to build!

I’ll be honest — after years of “integration PTSD,” I expected setup to take days. It didn’t.

Within the first hour, I had my domain connected, my homepage live, and my community shell created. The interface feels intuitive — almost like the simplicity of Skool, but with the power of ClickFunnels and Kajabi built in.

The drag-and-drop builder is visual, clean, and forgiving.

You can move fast without feeling like you’re about to break something.

I started with a basic funnel and a welcome page for my community. No external tools, no juggling links — it was all within the hub.

Community: Where It Gets Interesting

If you’ve ever used Skool, Facebook Groups, or Circle, you’ll recognize the familiar flow: posts, comments, notifications, member profiles.

But ESTAGE takes it one step further — it’s yours.

Your logo.

Your domain.

Your app.

There’s something powerful about opening your community and seeing your brand everywhere — not another platform’s logo or ads.

Members can post, comment, and DM.

You can categorize discussions, pin announcements, and go live right inside the hub.

No Zoom links, no separate webinar app — just a “Go Live” button, and you’re broadcasting directly to your community.

During my first test live, members received instant notifications on their phones through the branded ESTAGE app — and they joined immediately. Comments were in real time just live if you were on Tiktok.

That level of connection is something I’ve never had on any other platform. It feels like finally owning the conversation.

Funnels and Pages: Connected by Design

Next, I built out a simple funnel — a free guide opt-in leading to a thank-you page that invites people into my community.

Normally, that process means juggling three tools: one for the funnel, one for email automation, and one for community onboarding.

Inside ESTAGE, it’s one continuous flow. Visitors land on my opt-in page → join my list (via integration) → and are instantly invited to the community.

It’s clean. Seamless. And the analytics are built right into the dashboard.

Instead of exporting data from five places, I can see how my entire ecosystem is performing from one screen.

By the way, at the time of writing this, Vick is in the process of adding our own native list manager and autoresponder so there is no more integrating with expensive autoresponders.

I will update this section as soon as it is shipped and I have a chance to use it.

Courses and Members Area: Integrated Learning

I moved one of my smaller digital courses into ESTAGE just to test the experience.

Uploading lessons was quick — video hosting is native, so there’s no need for Vimeo or YouTube links.

You can add text, resources, and track completion, all without leaving your hub.

The real advantage?

Your students don’t have to switch platforms. They can go from watching a lesson → to joining the community discussion → to attending your next live session — all within the same environment.

No new logins.

No lost momentum.

It’s frictionless learning — and that’s what keeps people engaged.

By the way, for founding members of Mission1000, you get some really good products integrated inside your community from day 1.

This is cool because you will have tremendous value to offer from the very first day.

These products are not some PLR garbage or something created with chatgbt.

These are products were personally created by Vick and some have have sold upwards of $2000!

While I recommend creating your own, this instantly makes your members area extremely valuable from the start.

The App Experience: Total Game Changer

This is where ESTAGE really starts to feel futuristic and something that has never been done.

Every member of your community can download your own branded app — available on iOS and Android.

It’s not “the ESTAGE app.” It’s your app.

When you make a post or go live, your members get a push notification directly from you.

They’re not scrolling through a newsfeed filled with noise.

They’re landing in your world — your hub, your ecosystem, your brand experience. I can’t overstate how valuable that is.

It’s like owning a private communication channel with your audience — one that cuts through the clutter of social media and email algorithms.

Your community literally carries your brand in their pocket.

Performance and Reliability

One of my biggest fears with any “new” platform is stability.

But ESTAGE is solid. The infrastructure has clearly matured — it’s fast, secure, and handles live sessions without lag or dropouts. Even under heavy load, everything stayed smooth. After the platform endured massive DDOS attacks earlier in its history, the team rebuilt the security and server structure from the ground up using AWS which only used by multimillion and billion dollar enterprises such as Amazon, Netflix and US government.

That’s given me a lot of confidence in its longevity.

Vick's commitment to making this the best shows with this move.

What Surprised Me Most

What struck me most after a few weeks wasn’t just how well it worked — it was how much mental bandwidth it freed up.

No more remembering which platform hosts what.

No more 30-minute setup rituals to prepare for a live stream.

No more hunting for scattered analytics.

Everything lives where it should. Everything feels cohesive.

And when your tools stop fighting each other, your creativity comes back online.

That’s when business starts feeling fun again.

A Few Honest Notes

I always like to include where I see room for growth:

  • Native email automation is still in development. I’m currently using an integration with ConvertKit, which works fine for now.

  • Advanced CRM automation isn’t as deep as something like GoHighLevel — yet.

  • Migration from other platforms takes planning (especially if you have large course libraries), but the ESTAGE support team and community resources make it smoother than most.

These are small trade-offs for what you gain: control, simplicity, and ownership.

With that said, it is far superior than most in other areas that count.

My Overall Experience

Using ESTAGE feels like finally having a real headquarters for your business — not just a collection of rented rooms.

It’s focused, clean, and centered on what actually grows your brand: connection, content, and consistency.

For years, I dreamed of a system that made my business feel lighter — one that helped me run everything without feeling like I was running everything.

That’s exactly what ESTAGE has delivered so far.

Section 5: The Bigger Picture — Why ESTAGE Represents the Future of Online Business

After spending years inside the “tool maze,” and now running my business from a unified hub, it’s impossible not to see what’s happening across the industry.

The old way of building an online business is collapsing under its own complexity.

For the past decade, digital entrepreneurs were told the secret was in tools.

Get the right funnel builder.

Get the right email system.

Add a community platform,

a webinar platform,

a course platform,

a chat app.

Stack them, automate them, and somehow it will all work. And for a while, it did — kind of.

But as the market matured, the cracks started showing: rising costs, lower attention spans, algorithm dependency, constant retooling.

We ended up spending more time managing our tools than managing our business.

The Market Is Shifting from Funnels to Ecosystems

Funnels still have their place — but they’re no longer enough. People don’t just want to opt in; they want to belong.

They don’t want to be pushed through an automated sequence — they want to connect, interact, and be part of a brand they trust.

That’s the new game: relationship-centric business. And it demands a new kind of infrastructure — one that unites marketing, content, community, and experience under one roof.

That’s what the Hub-Centric Model delivers.

  • Your website attracts.

  • Your community engages.

  • Your content and lives build trust.

  • Your offers convert naturally because they’re part of the same ecosystem.

Believe me, Trust and Community will be more important than ever as AI continues to evolve because people will crave real connections.

The Power of Ownership

The deeper truth behind this shift is ownership. Most entrepreneurs don’t actually own their audience — social platforms do. They don’t own their communities — the host app does. They don’t even fully own their data — it’s scattered across services that can change their terms at any time. That’s dangerous when your livelihood depends on connection. A hub gives you that ownership back. When your business lives on your domain, when your community engages through your app, when your brand controls the environment — you’re building a digital asset, not just running campaigns. And digital assets appreciate in value. Every post, every course, every live, every member interaction compounds inside your own ecosystem — instead of feeding someone else’s.

The Mobile Revolution: The App Advantage

One of the smartest moves ESTAGE made was including a white-labeled mobile app for every hub owner. In a world where attention is mobile-first, that’s a big deal. Think about it: Your members aren’t checking emails all day — they’re on their phones. So when you go live or make a post, ESTAGE sends a push notification directly to their phone — not through Facebook, not through a cluttered feed, but straight from your app. You’re not fighting for their attention — you already have it. That means when you teach, launch, or connect, your audience sees it first. It’s like having your own private broadcast network. And because it’s native to your hub, the entire experience feels cohesive and personal — no distractions, no competing voices, no algorithm deciding who gets to see what. Your brand becomes a destination, not just a domain.

Where the Puck Is Going

If you zoom out, you can see the direction clearly: The internet is decentralizing. Creators are becoming their own platforms. Communities are replacing audiences. Attention is shifting from mass content to meaningful connection. ESTAGE sits right at the intersection of all those trends. It’s built for where business is heading, not where it’s been. That’s why it feels different — not because it’s new tech, but because it’s built around an evolved mindset: “Stop renting your business. Start owning it.”

Why This Matters for Every Entrepreneur and Affiliate

Whether you sell your own products or promote others, this matters. Because the more the world fragments, the more valuable clarity and cohesion become. When everything lives in one hub — your site, your funnels, your community, your app — every piece of effort you put in strengthens your core brand. Instead of spreading yourself across rented platforms, you’re creating compounding equity in your own ecosystem. And that’s the future. Not just more automation, but more ownership. Not just faster funnels, but deeper relationships. Not just selling — but building something that lasts. That’s what ESTAGE makes possible.

Section 6 : ESTAGE vs. The Alternatives

Frequently Asked Questions

I know a platform like this brings with it many questions that you may have. Below are some answers to many of those question. If you have a specific question, please let me know in the comments and I will add it to this section.

Is ESTAGE suitable for beginners?

It’s designed to be no-code, using drag-and-drop interfaces for the website, funnels, and course areas. The community setup is very straightforward (similar to Skool). While mastering all its features takes time (like any powerful platform), a beginner can get a basic hub, community, and simple funnel operational without needing to be a tech wizard. The learning curve is manageable, especially compared to platforms like GoHighLevel or piecing together WordPress plugins.
