Billy Holder — my story

In 2022, I was laid off two months before Christmas—
with two young kids depending on me.

I turned my attention to building an online business.
With limited time, I needed a clear path and a simpler way to build.

In 2024, I brought it together: one business hub, clear systems, and AI.
Today, AI does roughly 90% of my software and asset building.

Now I share what I learn and build freely
inside the Build Lab community—
so you can build alongside me.

THE journey

A full-time job. A family. And a determination to build more options for our future.

  1. 2022

    A wake-up call

I was a single parent with two young kids depending on me when I was laid off, just two months before Christmas. That experience pushed me to focus on building my online business and creating more options for my family.

  2. 2024

    Finding a simpler way

I dove into the hub-centric business model: one brand, one connected home, and a community at the center. Alongside it, I began using AI to build software tools and automations that made better use of my limited time.

  3. NOW

    Building and sharing

Today, AI does roughly 90% of my software and asset building, with me directing the work. Inside Build Lab, I share what I’m learning, demonstrate what I’m building, and help you apply it to your own business.
